Early in his career, as Senior Video Producer at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Clayton created compelling stories that tugged at heartstrings and inspired meaningful difference. He spent time with patients and families, documenting their journeys with care, while also directing creative campaigns for major partners like the NBA, NFL, and Target, collaborating with notable figures such as Sheryl Crow and Pau Gasol. Inspired by these experiences, Clayton founded Hurley Creative to share his expertise with a broader audience, crafting impactful narratives that help brands connect deeply and authentically with their audience.
